Koh Samui – Dreaming of ANYTHING BUT a White Christmas

Happy dog on the beaches of Koh SamuiFor those of us who have just about had enough of spending our holidays locked indoors in what they advertise as a ‘Winter Wonderland’, we have discovered a solution for us to escape this chilly paradise of snow.

Now we know that you really do love sitting all nestled up next to the fire at Christmas time, and even into New Years, but let’s be honest with each other. It’s a freezing hell the rest of the time. Now if you’re from a sunny and extremely hot climate, you may think differently and actually want to be cold for a little while, but if you live in it for 4 to 6 months of the year.. No thank you.

Escape from ‘Winter Wonderland’
So what you really want to do is undress, throw the snowsuit in the corner, put on something skimpy and even sexy for once during the holidays without getting frostbite. If you’ve been dreaming of anything but a White Christmas, then take a gander at this site. And bring Santa and Mrs. Clause with you!

  1. Oh! Samui says:

What is the weather like during the Christmas Season on Koh Samui?

    • If you’re fortunate enough to get the precise days off for celebrating Christmas, the weather is in your favour… most of the time. In October through to the middle of December, and sometimes all the way into March – only Mother Nature really knows, the rains come to Samui. Now this is not necessarily a bad thing. The weather is cooler rather than the unbearable heat that comes in April, and typically it rains at night after the heavy rains in October and November. The greatest part is that unlike the northern climates, the rain is actually warm! So usually, and we say this loosely, the weather is great! But who can predict the weather. Despite a bit of rain, the sun is hot, and the beaches are full of bikinis and boxers!
